Social Media Coordinator – Rabble Group

Are you a skilled social media professional ready to elevate the digital presence of Canberra’s most iconic hospitality venues? Rabble Group is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the online profiles of our seven vibrant venues—with exciting new projects on the horizon.

  • This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on Rabble Group’s digital presence. As our Social Media Coordinator, you will:

    • Develop and Implement Content Strategies: Manage a content calendar that highlights each venue’s unique offerings, from events and promotions to atmosphere and signature dishes.

    • Collaborate with Creatives: Work with professional photographers and videographers to produce high-quality, visually engaging content that aligns with our brand vision.

    • Content Creation & Posting: Craft compelling posts, schedule them across platforms, and maintain consistency with Rabble Group’s creative direction.

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Meet regularly with venue managers to ensure alignment on upcoming campaigns and opportunities.

    • Engage with the Community: Build and maintain a strong online presence by interacting with our audience and fostering community growth.

    • Analyse and Optimise Performance: Track social media metrics and recommend strategies to enhance engagement, reach, and overall performance.

  • What You Bring to the Role

    • Experience: 1-2 years in social media management or coordination, preferably within the hospitality or creative industries.

    • Creativity & Attention to Detail: A strong eye for visuals and the ability to produce content that captivates and engages.

    • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple venues and schedules while meeting deadlines.

    • Collaboration Skills: Confidence to liaise with internal teams, external creatives, and venue managers effectively.

    • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Instagram Insights, and basic video editing software.
